Day 01             GUWAHATI – SHILLONG        (110 kms / 3 hrs)

On arrive at Guwahati Airport / railway station, meet our representative. Leave for Shillong. En-route visit Barapani Lake (also known at Umiam Lake)  Nestled in the hilly area this is a picnic spot and a treat for nature lovers.

On reaching Shillong, transfer to hotel.

Evening free for leisure.

Overnight in Shillong.

Day 2               SHILLONG – tour

Breakfast at hotel.

Later we leave on tour to Shillong to visit the Lady Hydari Park,  Crinoline Falls,  Spread Eagle Falls, Golf Course, State Museum, Bishop and Beadon Falls,  Wards Lake,  Don Bosco Museum, optional tour to Butterfly Museum.

Evening shop in Police Bazar .

Overnight in Shillong

Day 3               SHILLONG – excursion to CHERRAPUNJEE   (60 kms / 2 hrs - oneway)

Breakfast at hotel.

Today we leave on excursion to Cherrapunjee.   

Enroute visit Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls.

Proceed to Cherrapunjee – the wettest place on earth.  Visit the Mausmai Caves, the Naukalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Ram Krishna Mission.

Evening return to Shillong.

Overnight in Shillong.

Day 4               SHILLONG – excursion to MAWLYNNONG & DAWKI  (100 Kms/ 3 hrs oneway)

Breakfast at hotel.

Leave on full day excursion to Mawlynnong - the cleanest village in Asia.  This is an experience in itself.  We also visit the living root bridge and the tree house in village. Later proceed to Dawki (Indo-Bangladesh Border) 

Evening return to Shillong.

Overnight in Shillong.

Day 5               SHILLONG – GUWAHATI airport / railway station (3 hrs)

After breakfast leave for Guwahati.

On reaching Guwahati, transfer to airport / railway station.
