Day 01             GUWAHATI airport / railway sytation – SHILLONG   (130 kms / 4 hrs)        

On arrival at Guwahati airport/railway station Meet & greet by our representative. Leave by road for Shillong.

Shillong – capital of Meghalaya , one of the smallest states in India. Shillong is also known as "The Abode of Clouds". It’s the headquarters of East Khasi Hills district and is situated at an altitude of 4908 feet (1,496 m) above sea level.  The highest point is Shillong Peak at 6449 feet (1,966 m).

Enroute visit Umium Lake.   

On reaching Shillong, transfer to Hotel for Check in.

Day 02             SHILLONG – excursion to CHERRAPUNJEE

Enjoy your breakfast at hotel.

Later we leave for Cherrapunjee (60 km / 02 hrs one way), wettest place on earth. Enjoy the drive seeing the roaring waterfalls leaping into deep gorges.  View the famed Nohsngithiang falls. This lovely town is also famous for its limestone caves & orange honey. Visit the Dein-Thlen Falls, Noh-Khalikai Falls, Noh-Sngithiang Falls.  Also drive to see the Mawsmai Cave, Thangkharang Park and the Living root Bridge.

Return to Shillong.

Day 03             SHILLONG – excursion to MAWLYNNONG  &  DAWKI

Early breakfast at hotel

Today we drive to Mawlynnong (90 kms from Shillong), the cleanest village in Asia.

Later visit the Tree House, Living Root Bridge, Sky View Point & Balancing rock.

Later visit Dawki.

Evening return to Shillong.

Day 04             SHILLONG tour – KAZIRANGA    (120 kms / 04-05 hrs)

After breakfast at hotel,  go on local sight-seeing of Shillong.

Later leave for Kazhiranga - the home of the "One Horned Rhinoceros".

On arrival you will check in to your Hotel.

Day 05             KAZHIRANGA – Safari – GUWAHATI

Early morning at 0500 hrs go for Elephant ride at Kazhiranga National Park

Return to hotel for Breakfast.

After breakfast check out and drive back to Guwahati.  On reaching Guwahatai, Check in at your Hotel.

Evening visit 'Kalakshetra' – to see Light and sound show showing Assamese history and culture.

Day 06             GUWAHATI – tour

Breakfast at hotel.

Later leave on tour to visit Kamakhya temple, Navagraha temple, Umananda temple, Balaji Temple, state Zoo.

Evening River cruise over the river Brahmaputra.

Day 07             GUWAHATI – depart

Breakfast at hotel.

Later transfer to airport / railway station
